Please read thoroughly Rental Rate: $200.00 per night. The Weekly Rental Fee is $1,200.00 (7 nights). All rentals quoted are for up to 4 guests. There is an additional Rental Fee of $15.00 per night for each Guest over 4. All Rental Fees are subject to 7% tax. There is a $100.00 minimum cleaning fee for each reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 10 Guests. Pets are not permitted without permission and if permitted will incur additional fees. Rental Fee Payments: 50 % of the Rental Fee plus Tax and the Minimum Cleaning Fee is due when the reservation is made. The Balance is due 45 days before your Arrival Date. Cancellation Policy: Your Balance Due must be paid 45 days prior to the Arrival Date. If the Balance Due is not paid 45 days prior to your Arrival Date, your Reservation will be cancelled without notice. Refund Policy: For cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the reservation date, all of the Rental Fee paid is refundable minus a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. For cancellations made after 45 days prior to the reservation date ,the Rental Fee paid is refundable only if we are able to re-book the Reservation minus a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. Check In Time is 4:00 PM --- Check Out Time is 11:00 AM Other Charges & Costs: A Credit Card must be placed on file at the time of the reservation, with your authorization for use to cover any damages, telephone charges, additional cleaning required or other guest incurred costs.
